The Business Premium package is ideally suited for those businesses that have 4 or more computers. Below is a breakdown of what the package includes and the benefits of signing up to a plan rather than being a casual client.
This four hour visit will be arranged at the beginning of each month (can be split into hourly appointment blocks if that suits you better). These four hours can be spent fixing issues that have arisen, servicing of PCs, backing up data, training, installing software updates, etc. Mileage of 80c/km applies to those that live outside of the Te Anau Township for onsite visits.
On this plan you get 24/7 monitoring of one computer. A small piece of software is installed on your PC that monitors all facets of the computer's technical system operation. It reports back to our server every 0.5 hours and lets us know if there are any problems detected. For example, errors on your hard drive, viruses, your antivirus software stops updating, your backup has not run or has run with errors, etc. This means that we can pick up on a problem immediately before it becomes a major. If you have an issue with your computer that can be fixed without a Technician coming onsite, you can invite us to access your computer remotely. This can only be done upon your request and you are more than welcome to sit there and watch us work.
These reports are generated from relevant data gathered from your monitored PC over the past week and are emailed to your nominated email address.
This is a service that automatically updates your valuable data onto a secure server via the internet. Having your data secured in another location is a great way to prevent data loss in the unlikely event of a fire, flood etc. Additional 1GB Blocks of Storage can be purchased at the price of $2 per 1GB.
If something goes wrong you can call and we will get a Technician there as as soon as possible.
When you need to see someone in between your scheduled appointments, you only get charged for the time a Technician is at your site. Casual client callout fee is $27.
Any work carried out between your scheduled appointments it is done so at $80/hour (incl GST) and is charged in 1/4 hour blocks (Casual rate is $108/hr (incl GST).)
You get priority support during standard business hours Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
We will create and maintain a computer / network manual that will include important pieces of information about your IT environment.
